Body para-2   ফাস্টফুডের অনেকগুলো অসুবিধা রয়েছে। প্রথমত, যদি কেউ নিয়মিত ফাস্টফুড খায়, এটি তার শরীরের স্থূলতা বাড়িয়ে ফেলবে। ফাস্টফুড খাওয়ার পরিমাণ কমানো ছাড়া, কারো পক্ষে এই সমস্যা থেকে উত্তরণ সম্ভব না। দ্বিতীয়ত, মানুষের স্বাস্থ্য ঝুঁকি দেখা দেয় যখন সে অস্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার খায়। যেমন, মানুষ ডায়াবিটিকস, এলার্জি সহ বিভিন্ন ধরনের রোগে আক্রান্ত হয় যদি সে  বেশি মাত্রায় ফাস্টফুড খাওয়া শুরু করে।  There are several disadvantages of fast food. Firstly, if someone eats fast food regularly, it will increase their body fat. Without reducing the consumption of fast food, it is not possible for anyone to overcome this problem. Secondly, people face health risks when they consume unhealthy food. For example, they may suffer from diabetes, allergies, and various other diseases if they start consuming fast food excessively.
